Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, inform us before the 14-day period ends.
Return conditions
Products must be returned in original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition. You bear the direct cost of return unless we have agreed otherwise.
Refund
We will refund payments within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return. The same payment method will be used unless you agree otherwise.
Defective products
If a product is defective, contact us. You are entitled to repair, replacement or refund under applicable law.
